2. Workplace Model

Noval Bloom operates on a hybrid model:

• In-home services include cleaning, meal prep & delivery, and companion support.

• Remote coordination includes scheduling, administrative tasks, and virtual support services.

• Our approach is flexible, recognizing that each client and contractor has unique needs.

3. Professional Conduct

• Contractors and team members must maintain a professional appearance (solid dark clothing, no fragrances, no long nails).

• Communication with clients must always be respectful, supportive, and compassionate.

• Boundaries are respected: Noval Bloom is non-clinical, and medical/clinical tasks are not performed by our team.

4. Health, Safety, and Confidentiality

• Strict hygiene and safety standards are followed for cleaning, meal preparation, and in-home services.

• Client privacy is paramount; all personal and household information must be kept confidential.

• Contractors must immediately report any safety concerns or incidents through the proper reporting process.

5. Flexibility and Work Balance

• Contractors are empowered to manage schedules that fit their availability, while meeting client needs.

• Shifts may include daytime, evening, or weekend hours depending on client preference.
