A fully virtual Canadian practice supporting individuals and couples through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting transitions. Their therapists specialize in perinatal and maternal mental health, so clients always feel seen and never alone through life's most transformative seasons.
Your Downtown Doula
Your Downtown Doula is a GTA collective of naturopathic doctors offering integrated perinatal care since 2016. We support families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, lactation, and infant care. Services are provided in-home across the GTA and virtually across Ontario. Most services can be covered under extended health benefits.
