Sometimes, what you need most is someone kind, calm, and present. Our non-clinical Companion Support offers exactly that: quiet presence, emotional grounding, and practical help that meets you where you are.

Step 1: Choose Your Type of Support

Everyone’s rhythm is different. That’s why we offer flexible session options to match the kind of day or night you’re having. Whether you need a brief moment of relief or an extended stay, we’re here to show up gently, with care.

You can book:

  • Mini Bloom (3 hours): A short check-in and light support when you need a breather

  • Semi Bloom (6 hours): A longer session with space for rest, conversation, and support

  • Full Bloom (8 hours): Full-day presence for emotional grounding and help with small tasks

  • Overnight Bloom (8+ hours): Quiet, comforting support throughout the evening or night

  • Virtual Companion Support: Emotional connection and presence from afar via phone or video

Step 2: Booking & Personalization

When booking, we’ll ask:

  • Your address and any relevant home details

  • Whether you'd like a quiet presence, comforting conversations or some support while recovering

  • Comfort level with us holding and assisting with the baby, helping with snacks, or other tasks

  • Key support priorities: rest, emotional check-ins, company, listening, or household support.

  • Preferred pronouns, cultural considerations, or specific preference

Once selected, you will receive the quote to review and approve before matching you with a companion.

You’ll receive a visit overview of the next steps to schedule and what to do before the appointment.

Step 3: The Experience

Before finalizing the companion, we will schedule a 15-minute meet and greet after a match is made to ensure compatibility between you and your companion. After this initial meeting, we will follow up to confirm the match and determine the best time for your in-home support. Once everything is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent detailing your companion’s name, the date of the appointment, and a summary of task for the visit.

Your companion arrives quietly, gently introduces themselves, and follows your lead. If you’d like space, they’ll hold it. If you’d like a conversation, they’ll meet you in it. You might want to nap, shower, cry, talk, or just rest while they prepare a snack for you or hold your baby.

They don’t hover. They don’t judge. They just show up with a warm, comforting presence.

At the end, they’ll recap how the visit went, check in on how you're feeling, and ask for your signature to confirm services were completed.

Afterward

Our team will take a moment to check in with you, confirming your satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns. They will then submit a visit summary to the company, who will then provide you with a copy, along with an optional feedback form. Your feedback will help us tailor and improve our services with even more care.

If any incident reports were submitted, rest assured, our team will follow up within 24–48 hours to help resolve it and support you to the fullest.
