You’re exhausted. The last thing you want to do is chop, stir, or think about meals. That’s where we come in, with non-clinical, in-home or delivered meal support that’s comforting, customized, and nourishing.
Step 1: Choose Your Style
We will customize your services to fit your journey.
In-home meal prep (we cook in your kitchen using your groceries)
Delivered meals (made off-site and dropped off warm or ready to reheat)

Step 2: Booking & Personalization
When you book, we’ll ask:
Your address, allergies, and kitchen setup (if in-home)
Provide you with the list of ingredients needed ( if at home)
Preferred flavours or dislikes
Your baby’s age, dietary needs, and goals (healing, energy, hormone support)
Once selected, you will receive the quote to review and approve before date selection.
After selecting your dates, the Chef’s menu will be sent out for you to select from. When meal selections are received, you’ll get a confirmation and, pre-visit checklist.
Step 3: The Experience
In-home: Your chef arrives quietly, greets you warmly, reviews the menu and or preferences, then gets to work.
The kitchen smells like love. You rest, feed the baby, or watch while we prepare multiple nourishing meals with zero stress. We clean as we go and label everything clearly before leaving.
Once completed, they will review what was done and have you sign off that everything was clean and satisfactory.
Delivery: We will contact you via phone/ email to schedule the best time for delivery. A warm meal package handed off with care, labelled, portioned, and ready to restore you. A Signature would be needed upon delivery.
Afterward
Once the service is completed, our team will finalize the cleanup to ensure your space feels refreshed and welcoming. Following this, we'll prepare a visit summary that captures all the details of our time together.
We believe in open communication, so our Service Provider will take a moment to check in with you, confirming your satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns.
The visit summary will then be submitted to our company via a straightforward form. Upon receipt, we will send you a copy along with an optional feedback form. This feedback is invaluable for our continuous improvement and ensures we maintain the high standards you expect from us.
If any incident reports were submitted, rest assured that our team will follow up within 24–48 hours to resolve the issue and provide support.
